Living the good life in Central Oregon

Virginia Dickinson lives and works in Prineville, near in central Oregon. The chance to work from home drew her to FULL Creative. “I love the five step commute and the quiet,” she says. “This is the job for me, always and forever.”

With flexible scheduling, Virginia can easily take a few days off to pursue one of her favorite pastimes—camping in the nearby Ochoco National Forest (pictured below). As members of both the COMAC (Central Oregon Motorcycle and ATV Club) and its Northern Oregon counterpart, Virginia and her husband help maintain trails and advocate for responsible riding.

These days, Virginia has her hands full fixing up the new house she and her husband plan to move into this fall. By downsizing from 2500 to 986 square feet, the Dickinsons will save money on utilities and are able to pay cash. “I feel that not only do we have to be energy efficient,” she says, “but in these days people have to learn to be financially efficient.”
