You're a people-person who knows how to listen. Your can-do attitude travels over the phone lines and expresses itself fluently in English and Spanish. You can think quickly on your toes and know how to turn a bad situation into a positive experience. You'll be fielding calls for countless businesses spread over the globe. For some, you'll be the first point of contact as a lead generator. For others, you'll assume the role of receptionist, tech support, or appointment-scheduler. As such, you'll be switching hats several times in a matter of minutes while maintaining an air of confidence.
First and foremost, you'll create and deliver HAPPINESS. The majority of your workday will be spent using a cloud-based phone system to give our clients' Spanish speaking callers exceptional service that leaves them happier than when they started dialing. You'll be using an Internet-connected computer to gather information and handle calls per our clients' instructions while maintaining the poise of a true professional.
Your customer service skills have all the hallmarks of an expert: efficiency, friendliness, a positive attitude; the whole nine yards. Your communication skills shine in both text and conversation-in English and Spanish, and you can be trusted to reliably show up on time. You have the technical know-how to operate our software and the ability to keep your cool in occasionally stressful and difficult situations.
You should have a high-speed Internet connection, such as Cable/Fios. By high-speed, we mean a download speed of at least 3 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 1.5 Mbps. DSL is allowed, just not DSL Satellite. Your computer must be hardwired to your Internet connection (so no wireless, satellite, or Air Card Internet) and start up in less than three minutes.
The nuts and bolts: working speakers, screen resolution of at least 1280x800, 2.0 GHz processor (or higher), 4GB or more of system memory (RAM), 64 bit OS, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10; or Mac Operating System (in some cases with Bootcamp or similar program running), and a Webcam is required.
