Ready to be instrumental in creating a lasting impression in FULL Creative? We're looking for a Front office Executive who will be key to delivering the FULL Creative Experience. As our Front Office Executive you will be the face of FULL, tasked with the responsibility of ensuring a great experience to anyone who walks into our office.
Welcome guests who visit FULL Creative. This includes guiding visitors, interacting with them and proactively guiding them.
Keep a record of inventory and maintain the desired level of front office supplies.
Coordinate with admin on various activities.
Handling inbound mails and distribute them accordingly.
Answering calls and maintaining visitor log book.
Oversee initial candidate registration and screening process.
Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate with them on daily activities.
Minimum one year work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or any other similar role.
Energetic team player and good at interacting with people.
Maintain professional attitude and conduct.
Proficient in English (oral and written).
Possess good communication and people skills.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
