Learn advanced concepts of computers, operating systems and develop a comprehension of how they work.
Install software application necessary for employees to perform their roles and responsibilities.
Learn and practice basic troubleshooting procedures for different types of Hardware, Operating systems and software applications.
Quickly grasp etiquettes of helpdesk and remote desktop support and implement them in practice.
Complete assessment tasks assigned by mentors based on concepts learned during the internship period.
Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the product
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
Demonstrate a passion to learn and share the latest trends in technology.
Exhibit the qualities of a quick learner in an agile-startup environment.
Possess good communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in night shift.
Should be a graduate.
