A good comprehension of manual and automation testing.

Writing highly efficient manual test cases.
Ability to perform feature, regression and performance testing.
Must possess the skill to mentally map product features with real-time business scenarios.

Should possess traits of curiosity and understand how the products work, foresee usage scenarios.
Should have the knack for observing overlooked errors, spotting disruption in user experience.
Raising bugs and tracking developments till closure.
