The Lead Client Account Manager is a supervisory position. As a Team Leader, you'll help direct, motivate and supervise a team of Client Account Managers who onboard and guide our clients to success. Our clients are small and medium-sized businesses who come to us to help them provide excellent telephone customer service around the clock.

The Lead Client Account Manager is responsible for providing superior customer experience to meet customers' needs. You are expected to function with considerable independence, providing guidance and assistance to staff and customers. You will work a 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday during business hours.

This is a remote position. Qualified applicants will have a suitable home office free from distraction, and a computer system meeting the specifications outlined below.
