Over the course of her five years with FULL, Lucy Zarazua has gone from Bilingual Client Experience Associate, to Bilingual Client Experience Associate Lead, to Trainer, and now Training Leader. “Lucy’s been a natural leader since joining the training team,” says Director of People Operations Lorissa Bowersox. “She’s recently taken on a mentor role within the training team without having to be asked. She’s always willing to go the extra distance to ensure her team and trainees are taken care of. Her ability to lead and collaborate with everyone made her the ideal person for this position.

What do you love doing during your down-time?
I like to make time for my friends. They keep me sane.
Do you have a favorite TV show, movie, book, or band?
I’m currently in the middle of reading four books, so at the moment, books are my thing. I love too many of them to pick a favorite!
Where would you most love to travel?
I would love to go to Santorini, Greece.
What’s the most important quality to have as a Trainer?
A passion for continuous learning.
What’s your #1 piece of advice for someone just starting with FULL?
When you are petrified, you are also electrified. It doesn’t matter where you start, it does matter where you finish. If you do the right thing with the right wind you can spread your wings and soar! So much about what we learn is about winning, but what stimulates us more is losing. You learn more through the things you fail in. Never count your failure as wasted time.
